you for visiting Deaf Women of Oregon and Washington
(DWOW) website. DWOW, an non-profit organization,
was established in 2006 in order to prepare
the upcoming Deaf
Women United (DWU) conference, which will
be held in Portland, Oregon on July 22nd to
26, 2009.

The mission of Deaf Women of Oregon
and Washington is to increase
the number of resources and the
networking, socialization, education,
leadership, and empowerment opportunities
of deaf, deaf-blind, hard of hearing
and late-deafened women in Oregon
and Washington.

you can help us?
Once you become a member, you
are welcome to attend DWOW meetings,
participate in the committees
and/or activities, or fundraise
the event to support the upcoming
DWU 2009 conference. We seek your
ideas on activities and workshops
that encourage personal growth.
