Thank you for visiting Deaf Women of Oregon and Washington (DWOW) website. DWOW, an non-profit organization, was established in 2006 in order to prepare the upcoming Deaf Women United (DWU) conference, which will be held in Portland, Oregon on July 22nd to 26, 2009.
